I can not thank this dealership enough!! I drove an hour and a half just for them to diagnose the check engine light. Then I had to come back for the replacement part, that was under warranty. This was all because my local cadillac dealership in Erie, PA failed to look at my car at my first appointment and then lied to my face about my 2nd appointment saying it wasn't scheduled, after I recieved confirmation of the appointment. I was ready to get rid of my cadillac all together but the customer service at this dealership is A+. Highly recommend!!

Here I am AGAIN 8 months later... Just an up date on why I am writing this AGAIN. 8months ago had car inspected got back had boogers in vehicle. They called wanted to make write so promised a full DETAILING inside and out of my vehicle. Awesome thank you.. 😆 😂 Yea here we are 8 months later have vehicle in getting repaired. So they said when that's done they will do the full DETAILING they will just bring it over to are department. 1. Look at my vehicle and my Cherokee label thing what ever u wan't to call it, wasn't on they didn't have it.( knowing they were goin to do my vehicle 4months ago).. 🤔 they say it's not here yet. Which my opinion they forgot to order it. So calling insurance company about that because that's a 150$ part. 2.open vehicle and it's dusty. ( my vehicle isn't dirty dirty in the first place just dusty). You can see where they wiped and didn't bother to clean the rest. My vehicle wasn't vacuumed nothing. So said something about it they said I have 3 guys back there now u got 15mins. And I'll have them clean it. Sure why not. About 30mins. Pass and a kid walks up to me and was telling me about my vehicle and ASKING ME WHAT I WANTED DONE TO IT . I looked at him and said it was to be detailed. He looks at me and said, when we get vehicles we are to do a quick wipe down so it can be ready to go. I said okay but my vehicle is to be detailed. He is goin on and on. And he finally looks at me and said well they take 6hrs to do I can make an appointment for when I have time to do it. I said u had all day to do it, more than 6hrs. I said this place has no communication what so ever. Because the person was to write down what my vehicle was to get!. ( I said a lot more and not nice I have a few cussing words and I'm sure u can guess what I said). So got vehicle back not detailed like promised 8months ago and label not on my vehicle! I'm not the type of person to be mean but when stuff like this happens it gets me started.

My son was traveling with a trailer. His one year old truck went into limp mode because of a bad oil pressure switch. They took him in as an emergency type situation. They got the part from another dealer, installed, and got him back on the road in hours. I can say from first hand knowledge the local Pittsburgh Chevy dealers do not go above and beyond like this. They dont even care to treat you right here. Thank you for the great service you offered my son.

Ok experience. It started out rough when the first salesman passed us off because he was oh so busy but was walking around the whole time not really doing anything. So glad he did though because we got Justin (the new salesman to the team). He was great, shot it straight and we were able to make a deal on a 2025 ram. We will be going back and dealing with Justin again for sure.

You would think that after purchasing 6 vehicles from Diehl, your loyalty to their company would mean something. But instead, on vehicle purchase #7 it was rewarded with LIES, DECEPTION, DISHONESTY & EMPTY PROMISES! I am very disappointed, disgusted, shocked, and angry that I have been treated this way after going out of my way and making a point to give my business to my local Diehl dealership. To know the sales manager is talking negatively about you as a customer behind your back and he’s making all these empty promises of: “I’ll give you multiple discounts to make up for not delivering what we promised” and in the end it was ONE measly discount is simply unprofessional and bad business. Apparently my business is irrelevant and insignificant; so good to know because my cash purchases and frequent purchases will be made anywhere but at Diehl from this point forward! Just remember how powerful word of mouth is….. Damn shame with all the issues I mentioned in my review and that’s the piss poor response I get! Blatant lies is what I was given, not misunderstandings or confusion, please do not insult my intelligence!

Brought my 2024 Sierra in for service after it went into limp mode in my driveway one morning. Code indicated an issue with the #3 injector, which service center confirmed they had read the same code, but continued on to misdiagnose telling me the ECM was bad. After having the ecm replaced under warranty, service center began falsely accusing me for why it needed replaced in the first place and put fault on me, and went down the path of trying to charge me for the ecm, labor, and additional parts even though it was already covered by GM as though they were trying to double dip on warranty work. 3 weeks into no resolution, and story changing, was told only thing keeping the vehicle from being fixed was a connector that needed replaced / repaired, which I was told would have to be at my expense. Needing the vehicle back ASAP, we moved forward with this path. 2 weeks with no communication, stopped in to see what the hold up was to find the part had been there for days. Next day, was told part would not work, and the connector was not repairable and would require an entire new harness at my expense. At the 5 week mark of no resolution, poor customer service, and blatant attempts to falsly diagnose and charge me for work that never needed done in the first place, I removed the vehicle from their lot and took it to a more credible GM dealership. They had properly diagnosed the issue around the #3 injector, repaired the connector that undoubtedly was broken at this service center while they were replacing / working on parts that never needed touched in the first place, and had me on my way inside of 3 days after being jerked around for 5 weeks here. As a local small business owner, and active member of the community, I can no longer in my right judgement continue to do business with, or accept services from, such an establishment that would willing treat their customers in this fashion. The lack of communication, direction of false blame towards me as a customer, and untruth misdiagnosis of the issues with my vehicle calls into question the integrity and culture of this dealership, not to mention the company values that appear to no longer be present from prior ownership.

My Chevy Colorado was towed to Diehl early in May for a moderate collision with a deer. The time quoted to me for completion of the work was 4-5 weeks. It is now August 16th and I have been getting nothing except a run around and excuses the entire time. This is no way to run a business. At the very least, they should keep me updated. I would discourage anyone from doing business with Diehl in the future. August 21st still no truck. August 26th still no truck. August 30th still no truck. September 3rd still no truck. September 14th still no truck.

Another welcomed visit to Diehl Automotive of Grove City, dropped me cruze off to have an oil change and BG oil treatment (best product to use in your car) Gave all my information to the Mariah the service writer, told them do what they do best and give me a call if there is any concerns or recommendations for my car. Got a call later in the day, told my car was done and ready. Everything looked good. I always feel more comfortable bringing my car to the dealer where the techs know my cruze in and out. thanks again Service Team at Diehls

I brought a2024 Suburban to pull my camper. they said that it would pull it . But it has independent subspention . It let the trailer move around a lot . I went back to trade the 2024Suburban with 3000 miles on it . I brought 2024 chevy truck I lost 20 % . So don't believe salesman they will tell you anything to sale you a car

A big shout out to Joseph Capuano from Deihls at the Massillon Ohio store for taking care of me from beginning to end! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted! He found the exact truck that I wanted and met me in Grove City Pennsylvania at their other store where the truck was at. He stayed in Pa with me through the whole process making sure it was all taken care of properly. Josh and the finance gentleman at the Pa store was also awesome, I can't thank Joseph Capuano enough for going out of his way to help me from beginning to end! I will definitely buy at Diehls again and will also have my family and friends buy there also. What a great smooth experience!
